Staying active, centered, and connected is more important now than ever. Join us for a virtual event intended to help each of us reconnect with ourselves and each other. This is a come-as-you-are virtual event which will include a restorative yoga practice, intention-setting, and gratitude exercise. You will receive instructions for accessing the zoom meeting once you register. All are welcome!

You'll need a yoga mat and bolster. If you don't have one, a blanket and pillow will work just fine!
