2nd Platoon, your hard work is getting noticed! After our kick-ass project at Roosevelt High School on 9/11 last year, and our continuous support at many of their other service events, the school administration is excited to have us back again this summer for another project. Roosevelt High School has a fascinating history. At one point, it was one of the largest public high schools in the country and has graduated many notable alumni, including former LA Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and current state senator Gil Cedillo. With a substantial student population and a very large campus, there is always more work to be done. Come join us on June 24th from 9am to 2pm to paint, build, have a good time, and inspire future generations to serve in their communities.
