Rincon Criollo Community Garden - Greenhouse Build - Project Day

Hello All,

If you were with us last week, it's good to see you back again!

If you weren't with us last week, let me give you the short version - We cleared out dirt, bricks and stones to make space available to build a new greenhouse.

Some of the benefits of having a garden greenhouse are as follows:
- Extend growing seasons with greenhouse plants.
- Offer better pest prevention.
- It's portable and customizable.
- Add additional growing options.
- Weather protection for greenhouse plants.

So join us this Earth Day weekend as we green our greenthumbs on and do the thing in The Bronx.

How to get there:

By Car - Enter Rincon Criollo ~ La Casita de Chema or 749 Brook Ave, Bronx, NY, 10451

By Train - Take the 2 or 5 trains to either Jackson Ave or 3rd Ave/149th Street. Walking to either train stations take the same amount of time. Trains may act up on the weekends so plan accordingly.

By Bus - Take the Bx15 or Bx21 bus to 3rd Ave and East 157th Street
