In partnership with the Community Family Centers, we will be updating their soccer field. Currently, it is just an empty lot. Our mission for the day: Team 1: TEAM BENCHES - Building two team benches so that as teams play, they have somewhere to sit along the sidelines; Team 2: SHADE STRUCTURE - Building a shade structure to provide shade in the summer months for family and friend spectators watch the soccer games; Team 3: TABLE - Building a picnic table Team 4: BEAUTIFICATION - Trimming and weeding the overgrown greenery on one side of the lot. Breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and The Mission Continues T-shirts will be provided to attendees. Family friendly event, children welcome.
