Veteran's Day at Spaces of Opportunity

November 09, 2024

07:45 AM - 11:00 AM MST

Phoenix Platoon

Event overview

Come join us and our core community partner Tiger Mountain Foundation as we recognize veterans for their service. Our primary mission will be to dig out an existing dirt water channel, remove the rocks, then line the channel with concrete and rocks. We will also have some stimulating conversation. Lunch, water, gloves and sunscreen will be provided. There is a restroom on site. You'll find the TMC check in table under the sun shades at the east end of the garden. The Mission Continues believes in the power of every individual to make a difference. If you're passionate about giving back to the community and making a positive impact, we invite you to join us. From hands-on tasks to behind-the-scenes roles, there's something for everyone. No matter your physical capabilities, there's a place for you in our service projects. Together, let's build a more inclusive and compassionate world.
