Nashville Platoon

Event overview

PLT615 is supporting the Mill Creek Watershed Association for a morning of trash clean up along the Mill Creek river near Orchard Bend Park. Mill Creek Watershed Association (MCWA) will be our onsite hosts for this event . MCWA is dedicated to providing education and support for improving and protecting the beautifully unique Mill Creek Watershed. The Watershed encompasses agricultural lands, suburban communities, urban neighborhoods, congested commercial areas, industrial areas and the Nashville airport. The watershed covers 108 square miles and is home to a vibrant blend of culturally diverse human communities that share the region with a beautiful biologically diverse community of plants and animals native to Middle Tennessee. We will park at the Orchard Bend parking lot. You should bring reusable water bottles and wear sturdy work shoes or boots. Contact Jamie at (423) 836-3720 for more information. #OperationFortify
