Fort Dupont Community Gardens has asked us to come out and assist with their spring prep. This event will involve the removal of trash that has been dumped over the winter season, assisting senior and disabled gardeners with setting up their plots for the season, spreading mulch around the garden to create walkways for gardeners, and expanding capacity by clearing land for additional plots to allow the park service to open up space for more gardeners.

Fort Dupont Dr SE, Washington, DC 20019 in your GPS. If you have trouble locating the Center take Ft Davis Dr SE and then turn onto Ft Dupont drive, you will see the center on your right about 1/4 mile down the road.

The garden is located in Fort Dupont Park at the corner of Ft Davis and Ft Dupont Drives SouthEast (not the parking lot with a building). There is a parking lot directly across from the garden for parking.
