Come out and get dirty doing tasks that will keep the garden functioning and providing a bountiful harvest. Tasks may include weeding, watering and planting among other things. There will also be opportunites to learn, share and socialize. If you prefer to garden in gloves please bring your favorite pair. There is no drinking water source on site but water will be provided. Bring a great attitude and sun protection. Sun screen will be provided. There are no restrooms on site. However, there are restrooms at the Senior Center, which is right next to the parking lot. Staff recommend that anyone going to the restroom go in pairs. You will need to be escorted by a resident of the Senior Center.

Parking lot: Turn south off Broadway Road onto S 18th Place and go approximately 75 meters, the lot is on the south side of the community garden (which is right on the SW corner of Broadway and 18th Place), west side of 18th Place. You can also park along the street.
