Mindful Veteran Project: Month of the Military Child Event

Come help us support the Mindful Veteran Project as they put on their April: Month of the Military Child Event. We will help set up the event and provide any support needed during the event. After the event is over, we will help pack up and clean up the area.

The Mindful Veteran Project will be providing crafts, music, toys, games, snacks, a dog show, books, & more for children ages 0 - 12 of those who have served or are serving in the U.S. military.

All volunteers will be expected to wear masks during the event. We want to ensure the safety of all of the children that attend and some of them are immunocompromised.

What to Bring

Face mask, reusable water bottle, sunscreen, hat, and a great attitude. Work gloves if you have them. A face mask and gloves will be available if you do not have them. Bring a smile and a helping hand
