🎉 Veterans Day Weekend Fun 5K and Veteran Ceremony ✨ Hey there, Amazing Volunteers! 🫡 🌟 What's Happening? The Clay County Veterans Day 5K “Tougher than you think!” race is happening and we need your support.  YOU DO NOT HAVE TO RUN OR WALK. The event will include music, food trucks, organizations supporting veterans, and more. All ages are welcome. This event is a joint collaboration between Veterans Council Clay County and the Clay County Board of County Commissioners. 📍 Where and When? Join us at Oakleaf Community Park 3979 Plantation Oaks Blvd Orange Park, FL 32065 on Saturday, November 9, 2024, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Come cheer for our veterans as they run a 5K race. Immediately following the race will be a Ceremony honoring veterans at 11am. 🤝 Why Should You Be There? **Show your support - AGAIN, you do not have to run or walk.   ** There will be plenty of volunteer assignments to do! 🎖️ Be a Part of Something Bigger Volunteer teams are as follows but not limited to: Set Up- stage area, registration, assembly of gift bags, and food area (all hands-on deck), Parking, Registration, Water Stations, Food Station, Breakdown of Event (all hands-on deck) 👉 **Register Now!**  I will be there with a sign-in sheet with available sign in stations for you to choose from based off your arrival time and availability.
