Event overview

The mission of Houston's 4th platoon is to combat the ever growing crisis of food deserts in Sunnyside, Southpark, Thirdward Houston. Blodgett Urban Gardens’ purpose is to address, educate, coordinate, and provide aid and relief to eradicate chronic malnutrition and hunger through gardening and other sustainability practices. This event is for our partners at RSM who are helping us support our local community to address food insecurity.

Who We Are

In 2025, Travis Manion Foundation (TMF) acquired The Mission Continues, bringing two best-in-class organizations together to provide more opportunities for veterans to find community, lead, and serve. Our service projects are for all veterans with a desire to continue their service and for all non-veterans that want to be part of a nationwide movement to transform communities.
