What is your favorite food(s) or meal?

The duck sausage topped with foie gras and truffle aioli that was once served at Hot Doug’s in Chicago. Otherwise, papaya salad with Thai sausages and sticky rice.

What is one item on your bucket list?

Riding a motorcycle across Morocco.
