What is a hidden gem in your hometown?

All the different cultural communities in this town, and the Riverwalk.

If you dined with anyone, who would it be?

My mom and my brother. I miss them dearly, and we always had such interesting conversations about life, religion, and everything in between.

There are so many to mention right now it’s Encanto.

Baking. All the cooking that happens around the holidays and family and friends getting together.

What is your favorite food(s) or meal?

Sushi, Tiramisu, Lumpia

What is one item on your bucket list?

Write a book. Travel to see the Monarch migration in Mexico hopefully it won’t become a story just in books.
