Women Veterans Day Support Event

The Travis Manion Foundation Puerto Rico Service Platoon is proud to partner with the local American Legion for a special event celebrating Women Veterans Day!

Join us on March 9 from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM as we come together to honor the trailblazing women who have served our nation with courage, commitment, and strength. This uplifting gathering will bring the community together in support of our local veterans, with opportunities to connect, serve, and show appreciation for the incredible impact women veterans continue to make.

Whether you’re rolling up your sleeves to lend a hand, sharing stories, or simply coming out to celebrate, this event is all about service, gratitude, and community spirit. Let’s stand side by side to recognize the leadership, resilience, and sacrifice of women who have worn the uniform — and continue to serve in so many meaningful ways.

We hope you’ll join us for this inspiring day of service and celebration!

Who We Are

In 2025, Travis Manion Foundation (TMF) acquired The Mission Continues, bringing two best-in-class organizations together to provide more opportunities for veterans to find community, lead, and serve. Guided by the ethos “If Not Me, Then Who…,” veterans continue their service, build connections, and thrive in their post-military lives by serving as character role models to youth. As a result, communities prosper and the character of our nation’s heroes lives on in the next generation. Learn more about TMF at travismanion.org

Who should volunteer?

Our service projects are for all veterans with a desire to continue their service and for all non-veterans that want to be part of a nationwide movement to transform communities. Please note, age and accessibility accommodations can be made at any project. There is room for everyone to make an impact.
