Houston's 5th platoon, led by Army veteran Monique Rodriguez, is partnered with the Greater East End Management District to make the East End a dynamic and distinct community.

The Greater East End district is home to Houston's early history and industry and is the site of Harrisburg, the seat of government for the Republic of Texas in 1836. Over time the East End became a district subject to crime and gang activity causing a shift in the socio-economic demographic. In 1999, The Greater East End Management District was formed by the Texas Legislature to function as tool for economic development and revitalization for the 16 square mile area.

The Mission Continues will conduct service projects that align with the Greater East End Management District's 10 year service plan. These projects will help beautify the community and improve the quality of life for residents. Please join us as we make the needed improvements for the residents of this community.
