Join the Mission Continues Tacoma 1st Platoon, as they #reportforduty alongside Stream Team in Lacey, WA for what promises to be an amazing Support Project.

Along with the Platoon, Stream Team is inviting all active duty, retired military personnel, and community members to join them as they plant, mulch, and remove weeds to improve the habitat at Woodland Creek.

This is an amazing opportunity for TMC members to #charliemike with not only other veterans, but also members of their community

What is Stream Team you ask?

Stream Team is cooperatively sponsored and funded by the storm and surface water utilities of the Cities of Lacey, Olympia, and Tumwater and Thurston County. Stream Team began in 1990 as a way for local governments to involve citizens in the basin (watershed) planning process for a few local creeks. After the plans were finished, Stream Team found a niche in the South Sound for providing free quality environmental education programs and activities and hands-on action projects.
