Event overview

Help Us Bring the Pullam Elementary School Garden to Life! Join us as we kick off an exciting community service project to help Pullam Elementary get their school garden ready for summer learning. This is a chance to roll up your sleeves, work side‑by‑side with neighbors, and create something meaningful that students will benefit from all season long. Together, we’ll: Fill the raised planter boxes with fresh soil and mulch Plant healthy, pre-grown vegetables ready to thrive Start new seedlings that students will nurture from sprout to harvest Build a garden space that supports hands‑on lessons in sustainability, nutrition, and environmental stewardship By helping prepare this garden, you’re giving Pullam students a living classroom where they can learn how food grows, why sustainability matters, and how they can bring these skills home to their families. Your effort today helps plant the seeds for a healthier, greener future for the entire community. Let’s come together, get our hands dirty, and help keep this dream growing strong.

Who We Are

In 2025, Travis Manion Foundation (TMF) acquired The Mission Continues, bringing two best-in-class organizations together to provide more opportunities for veterans to find community, lead, and serve. Guided by the ethos “If Not Me, Then Who…,” veterans continue their service, build connections, and thrive in their post-military lives by serving as character role models to youth. As a result, communities prosper and the character of our nation’s heroes lives on in the next generation. Learn more about TMF at travismanion.org

Who should volunteer?

Our service projects are for all veterans with a desire to continue their service and for all non-veterans that want to be part of a nationwide movement to transform communities. Please note, age and accessibility accommodations can be made at any project. There is room for everyone to make an impact.
