Event overview

Hello everyone! The Kahokian Memorial VFW Post 5691 is holding their second annual Women's Veterans Resource Fair in Collinsville, Illinois and our Chapter has been invited to participate. Date: 29 Mar 26 Time: 1:00pm - 4:00pm Location: Kahokian Memorial VFW Post 5691 123 Vandalia Street Cahokia, IL 62234 This Resource Fair is sponsored by the Department of Illinois Veterans of Foreign Wars. Their intent is to help support the unique needs of Women Veterans by connecting them to organizations that provide a multitude of services and opportunities designed to help Women Veterans. Our Chapter will host a table to connect with resource fair participants and invite them to learn more about the mission of The Travis Manion Foundation, growth and professional development opportunities we offer, as well as share what volunteering with us means and looks like. We will need 5 volunteers to help at our table. If you're interested in volunteering, please contact the St. Louis Chapter Service Platoon Leader, Kenric S. Lynn at 520-220-6503 (text preferred) or via email at kenricslynn@localnoon.com. Please pass this on to any Women Veterans you know. We look forward to seeing you there! "If not me, then who?"

Who We Are

In 2025, Travis Manion Foundation (TMF) acquired The Mission Continues, bringing two best-in-class organizations together to provide more opportunities for veterans to find community, lead, and serve. Guided by the ethos “If Not Me, Then Who…,” veterans continue their service, build connections, and thrive in their post-military lives by serving as character role models to youth. As a result, communities prosper and the character of our nation’s heroes lives on in the next generation. Learn more about TMF at travismanion.org

Who should volunteer?

Our service projects are for all veterans with a desire to continue their service and for all non-veterans that want to be part of a nationwide movement to transform communities. Please note, age and accessibility accommodations can be made at any project. There is room for everyone to make an impact.
