Annual USMCR's Toys for Tots Ruck March 2025

The Mission of USMCR's Toys for Tots Foundation is providing a tangible sign of hope to economically disadvantaged children during the Holidays. To play an active role in the development of one of our nation’s most valuable resources – Our Children.

On Sunday, December 14th, Deck out your Rucksack and Don your Festive Holiday Apparel as you Join The Mission Continues NYC, Travis Manion Foundation, Team RWB, Big Apple Area Ruckers (B.A.A.R) & United War Veterans Council (UWVC) on a Toys for Tots NYC Ruck.

This 1.5-mile ruck is family friendly and we will move at a conversational pace.

The concept is to carry your gifts inside your ruck/pack, while having great camaraderie and meeting new friends. Please bring an unwrapped toy (or shove as many toys as you can) in your ruck/pack to donate to the Marine Corps’ Toys for Tots program.

• 11:30am meet up at the Lincoln Center Plaza Fountain.

• The 1.5 mile ruck route will cover the most seasonally decked out parts of NYC. We will pass by Central Park South, the Plaza Hotel, 5th Ave shops and window displays and St Patrick’s Cathedral before finishing at the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree, where the U.S. Marines will meet us to receive the toys.

• Participants will receive a free Christmas Ruck Patch courtesy of the United War Veterans Council which was designed by Carlos Orduz (B.A.A.R).

PLEASE CONSIDER BRINGING A NEW, UNWRAPPED TOY TO BE GIFTED TO TOYS FOR TOTS!
