United in Service in Remembrance of 911

On Saturday, September 13th, we’re heading to the Magoffin Veterans Shelter to give back to those who have served our country and now need a helping hand. This vital facility provides food, shelter, and support to unhoused veterans in our community, and we’re proud to do our part to make it a more welcoming place. We’ll be working together to enhance their outdoor space, including: Repainting parts of the front porch Building raised garden beds Creating a new front garden Revitalizing the existing garden Constructing a seating bench for residents to relax and connect Check-in begins at 8:30 AM, and we’ll kick off the project at 9:00 AM, working until around 3:00 PM. Please note: This project is limited to adult volunteers only (18+). Whether you’re handy with a paintbrush or just ready to lend a hand, we’d love to have you join us. Your time and energy can make a lasting impact in the lives of those who’ve given so much.
