In honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s commitment to humanity and the well-being of those around him, we ask you to join us virtually for a Stress Solution Workshop with the American Red Cross. Topics presented: Defining, evaluating, and reducing your stress levels, getting a good night's rest, soothing stress with your five senses, and managing stress long term. Our service projects are for all veterans with a desire to continue their service and for all non-veterans that want to be part of a nationwide movement to transform communities. Please note, age and accessibility accommodations can be made at any project. There is room for everyone to make an impact.
