Event overview

Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans (MACV) is a nonprofit organization that has been assisting veterans for over 25 years. Each year MAC-V receives more than 25,000 contacts, inquiries, and requests from veterans across the state. Many homeless and veterans’ organizations recognize MAC-V’s transitional and permanent housing programs as a model for the nation. We are excited to be working with Minnesota Assistance Coalition for Veterans (MAC-V) and helping some warriors with the following at this location. 1. Finish up cosmetic items from the 9/11 deck build 2. Seal coat the driveway 3. insulating and drywalling the remaining sections of the garage. Look forward to seeing you there. Any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Joe Schwarzrock 612-702-2385

Who We Are

In 2025, Travis Manion Foundation (TMF) acquired The Mission Continues, bringing two best-in-class organizations together to provide more opportunities for veterans to find community, lead, and serve. Guided by the ethos “If Not Me, Then Who…,” veterans continue their service, build connections, and thrive in their post-military lives by serving as character role models to youth. As a result, communities prosper and the character of our nation’s heroes lives on in the next generation. Learn more about TMF at travismanion.org

Who should volunteer?

Our service projects are for all veterans with a desire to continue their service and for all non-veterans that want to be part of a nationwide movement to transform communities. Please note, age and accessibility accommodations can be made at any project. There is room for everyone to make an impact.
