Veterans Memorial Park (Various Shifts)

Come and join us as we support our brothers and sister from Team RWB on this great event. 9/11 Moving Tribute – Memorializing those who were lost and honoring those who have been affected, Team RWB will continuously carry Old Glory from dawn to dusk at Veterans Memorial Park from 6:00 a.m. until ~ 8:00 p.m. While most adults remember the morning of Sept. 11, 2001, very well, it’s probable that anyone in high school—or younger—has no memory of the day. Team RWB wants the community to come together to ensure the next generation of Americans understand the significance of 9/11, and never forget the lives lost on that fateful day. Come out and support the event, by joining in to walk, run, or bike with other Eagles. This free event is a simple and inclusive way to connect El Paso through a positive activity that allows people to understand the significance of 9/11, the impact on our country, and the heroism of the first responders.
