On March 24th, The Mission Continues Harlem Platoon is deploying once again to Harlem Grown to help with their mission to inspire youth to lead healthy and ambitious lives. For this service event, in honor of Women's History Month, women-veterans from across New York City will be stepping up to lead the building of six brand new planter boxes and perform other tasks Harlem Grown needs completed on their farm. We hope everyone in Harlem gets to witness the strength and leadership of women living in NYC and the power of what can happen when women step up to lead in their community.
