Kick off 2018, right -- IN SERVICE! Register now for Operation King Legacy, our MLK Day event at Operation Trailblazer. Join us on Monday, January 15, at Central High School for a day of service in which we take on renovation of classrooms to create a parent resource room, student leadership lounge, and other interior enhancement projects. The hard work and resources The Mission Continues brings to Central High School helps the school community reach its goals for culture and safety. Join us for MLK Day to be part of the impact! IMPORTANT UPDATE: Projects will take place at both the Central High School/Durfee Elementary Middle School Campus and Life ReModeled's Community Innovation Center, formerly Durfee Elementary-Middle School Building. Parking, morning kick-off, and lunch will take place at the Community Innovation Center, located at 2470 Collingwood St, Detroit, MI 48206. Parking is available in the secure Life ReModeled lot at La Salle and Collingwood.

What To Wear

Wear your TMC blue shirt, clothes that need to build character (paint splatter ready), and closed-toe shoes. A new TMC shirt will be provided to those who do not have one.

What to Bring

Refillable water bottles, phone cameras to Tweet and Instagram the impact you're making, friends, and family!

Our service projects are for all veterans with a desire to continue their service and for all non-veterans that want to be part of a nationwide movement to transform communities. Please note, age and accessibility accommodations can be made at any project. There is room for everyone to make an impact.
