Spring Spruce Up at Fort Dupont! We will be readying the gardens for their first plant of the year, and for a successful planting season. Projects on the docket include: -Building bee hives and the first half of bee keeping classes -Building a permanent bee farm enclosure -Creating a pollinator plot -Cleaning up and prepping plots for planting -Planting the early veggies -Creating a cinderblock garden wall -Making hose fixtures -Fixing trails in between plots -Making and fixing pallet pens for compost and garbage -Making signs -Building garden beds and stools For the kids: -Building a Free Little Library -Making bee pollinator flower bombs -painting flower pots

What to Bring

Your green thumbs and Charlie Mike! **Bring refillable water bottles! We will be providing less bottled water, and more coolers and gallons of hydration!
