Event overview

Roll up your sleeves and help make your community greener. Bring your whole family to this fun morning of service and help beautify our community. Support the platoon as we help improve the center by building a community garden. Las Palmas Senior Center serves men and women of various abilities, ages 60 and older, regardless of race, creed, color, religion or income level. The center enriches seniors' lives and offers them opportunities for personal growth through stimulating activities, involvement, support and assistance.

Who We Are

In 2025, Travis Manion Foundation (TMF) acquired The Mission Continues, bringing two best-in-class organizations together to provide more opportunities for veterans to find community, lead, and serve. Our service projects are for all veterans with a desire to continue their service and for all non-veterans that want to be part of a nationwide movement to transform communities. Please note, age and accessibility accommodations can be made at any project. There is room for everyone to make an impact.
