Event overview

Join the Travis Manion Foundation’s Denver Service Platoon for a morning of meaningful service at Fort Logan National Cemetery! On May 30, 2026, from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM, volunteers will come together to respectfully remove the American flags that were placed on service members’ gravesites for Memorial Day.

This important task ensures the cemetery remains orderly and honors the sacrifices of our nation’s heroes. Working side by side, volunteers will help maintain the dignity of the grounds while reflecting on the courage and dedication of those who served.

Who We Are

In 2025, Travis Manion Foundation (TMF) acquired The Mission Continues, bringing two best-in-class organizations together to provide more opportunities for veterans to find community, lead, and serve. Guided by the ethos “If Not Me, Then Who…,” veterans continue their service, build connections, and thrive in their post-military lives by serving as character role models to youth. As a result, communities prosper and the character of our nation’s heroes lives on in the next generation. Learn more about TMF at travismanion.org

Who should volunteer?

Our service projects are for all veterans with a desire to continue their service and for all non-veterans that want to be part of a nationwide movement to transform communities. Please note, age and accessibility accommodations can be made at any project. There is room for everyone to make an impact.
