Wreaths Across America- Veterans Memorial Cemetery Cleanup Community Effort

December 07, 2025

09:30 AM - 03:30 PM PST

Las Vegas Platoon

Event overview

Leading up to 2025 Wreaths Across America at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery (in Boulder City, NV), we will be gathering dedicated volunteers for the 3rd year in a row to assist with the landscaping staff with preparing the cemetery grounds with the added cleanup efforts before the southern Nevada WAA ceremony on Saturday December 13. The Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery is the 2nd largest veterans memorial cemetery in the United States, so we want to provide as much support as we possibly can! With great community partners like Caesars Entertainment and Credit One Bank on our side for this service event, along with an amazing platoon of Las Vegas platoon members, we will make a positive impact TOGETHER for an important yearly ceremony to honor our southern Nevada heroes who have been laid to rest in our community.

Who We Are

In 2025, Travis Manion Foundation (TMF) acquired The Mission Continues, bringing two best-in-class organizations together to provide more opportunities for veterans to find community, lead, and serve. Guided by the ethos “If Not Me, Then Who…,” veterans continue their service, build connections, and thrive in their post-military lives by serving as character role models to youth. As a result, communities prosper and the character of our nation’s heroes lives on in the next generation. Learn more about TMF at travismanion.org

Who should volunteer?

Our service projects are for all veterans with a desire to continue their service and for all non-veterans that want to be part of a nationwide movement to transform communities. Please note, age and accessibility accommodations can be made at any project. There is room for everyone to make an impact.
