VETERANS IN SERVICE: HONORING VETERANS DAY

In honor of Veterans Day National Day of Service, The Mission Continues will be partnering with Bridge the Gap in Jacksonville for a day of impact and community connection. Bridge the Gap is a grassroots nonprofit dedicated to serving seniors, individuals with disabilities, and families in need across Northeast Florida. Through food distribution, transportation assistance, and personal care programs, they help bridge critical gaps for thousands of underserved residents each week. 🌟 What’s Happening? We’re partnering with Bridge the Gap to carry on our mission of serving and supporting the local community. This day goes beyond volunteering. It’s time to unite, reflect, and honor the sacrifices of those who’ve served. 🔧 Volunteer projects will include: • Assembling shelving units and cabinets • Building storage shelves • Repairing rotted raised planter bed boxes 📍 Where & When Location: Bridge the Gap 561 W 25th St, Jacksonville, FL 32206 Date & Time: 🗓️ Saturday, November 8th, 2025 🕘 9:00 AM – 12:00 Noon 🎖️ Be Part of Something Bigger - Why You Should Be There? On the day of the event, check in at the registration table when you arrive. You’ll be able to choose your preferred team assignment based on availability.
