16th Annual Sunshine Foundation Gala

Join Orlando Platoon as we assist the Sunshine Foundation with their upcoming Gala! This year’s “Dreams through the Decades: Dance into the Era You Love Most!” theme will highlight 49 years of answering dreams of over 43,280 children since 1976. Members of Orlando Platoon will be either monitoring the check in or check out area, or assisting with the silent auction. For Check In/Check Out, volunteers will check in the guests, give them their program, and write down their table and bidding number. The Silent Auction will have individuals sharing the WiFi information, helping guests with scanning QR Codes, and giving steps on how to use the mobile bidding system. Once bidding is complete, volunteers will help moving all materials to the check out area. All volunteers will be asked to stay after to help pack up. This event is a Gala, so all volunteers are asked to wear semi-professional attire and feel free to match the theme! Come stylish and helpful!
