Operation Tampa Bay Blitz- Fri Jun 20- VOAF James Cole Village

Day one of Operation Tampa Bay Blitz will take place at The Volunteers of America of Florida - James Cole Village. VOAF is a supportive housing community in Tampa, FL, dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve stability and independence. This campus, named after Tampa Native & Army Veteran Mr. James Cole, provides safe and affordable housing while offering essential services such as case management, life skills training, and employment assistance. VOAF is committed to empowering residents by providing the resources and support they need to build brighter futures.

Together with our partners, we are spending the day:
Beautifying the campus outdoor area
Brightening indoor gathering and recreation areas by repainting walls
Adding additional seating options for guests and residents

Operation Tampa Bay Blitz:
Get ready to witness the power of a veteran-led community impact with our 9th Annual Mass Deployment! This electrifying team-based service event brings together veterans, local partners, and volunteers in a single city for an entire week of non-stop action.

From June 20-24, we will be partnering with seven local organizations to complete transformational projects that will boost the current efforts of the partner and impact local community members. Our projects will be taking place in the greater Tampa area. For more information visit our website.
