Event overview

Join Us on September 7th for a Day of Service and Remembrance

We invite you to join us as we honor the bravery and dedication of those who have served and sacrificed for our country. On September 7th, we will gather to clean and maintain 11 acres of sacred grounds, paying tribute to our nation's veterans.

Our tasks will include cleaning graves, cutting vines from fences, trimming trees, and placing flags on veterans' graves. Additionally, we may replace grave markers to ensure that every veteran's legacy is preserved and respected.

This is more than just a day of service—it's a powerful act of gratitude and remembrance. By joining us, you'll uphold the values of service and show respect for those who have dedicated their lives to protecting our freedom. Together, we'll reflect on the resilience and unity that emerged from the tragedy of 9/11 and make a meaningful impact in our community.

Let's honor our veterans and commemorate the patriotism that unites us all. Your participation will make a difference.

Register today to participate and help us make a lasting impact!

Who We Are

In 2025, Travis Manion Foundation (TMF) acquired The Mission Continues, bringing two best-in-class organizations together to provide more opportunities for veterans to find community, lead, and serve. Guided by the ethos “If Not Me, Then Who…,” veterans continue their service, build connections, and thrive in their post-military lives by serving as character role models to youth. As a result, communities prosper and the character of our nation’s heroes lives on in the next generation. Learn more about TMF at travismanion.org

Who should volunteer?

Our service projects are for all veterans with a desire to continue their service and for all non-veterans that want to be part of a nationwide movement to transform communities. Please note, age and accessibility accommodations can be made at any project. There is room for everyone to make an impact.
