Event overview

Hey there, awesome folks! Get ready for an incredible day of service and celebration! Earlier this year, we honored the memory of Lt. Richard Collins with the very first Lt. Collins Day of Service at Strength 2 Love 2 Farm. And guess what? We're back for more fun and impact! Join us, along with the 2nd Lt. Richard Collins Foundation and the Social Justice Alliance, to celebrate Lt. Richard Collins' birthday in style! We've got an incredible lineup of projects, from building compost facilities to adding greenhouse plastic and more. Our efforts will make a real difference in addressing the food apartheid issue in the Sandtown/Upton community. But hold on, it's not just fulfilling – it's a whole lot of FUN! Whether you're a Veteran or not, you're welcome to join our team and experience the joy of camaraderie and serving others. Check out the link below to view highlights of our Lt. Who We Are

In 2025, Travis Manion Foundation (TMF) acquired The Mission Continues, bringing two best-in-class organizations together to provide more opportunities for veterans to find community, lead, and serve. Guided by the ethos “If Not Me, Then Who…,” veterans continue their service, build connections, and thrive in their post-military lives by serving as character role models to youth. As a result, communities prosper and the character of our nation’s heroes lives on in the next generation. Learn more about TMF at travismanion.org

Who should volunteer?

Our service projects are for all veterans with a desire to continue their service and for all non-veterans that want to be part of a nationwide movement to transform communities. Please note, age and accessibility accommodations can be made at any project. There is room for everyone to make an impact.
