April Operation Nourish: Food Bank of the Rockies

April 11, 2026

08:45 AM - 12:00 PM MDT

Denver Platoon

Event overview

Join the Travis Manion Foundation’s Denver Service Platoon for a morning of meaningful service at the Food Bank of the Rockies! On April 11, 2026, from 8:45 AM – 12:00 PM, volunteers will come together to support families across the community by packaging and preparing food for distribution.

Working side by side, we’ll help ensure that individuals and families facing food insecurity have access to nutritious meals. Every box packed and every item sorted helps make a tangible difference for neighbors in need throughout the region.

This is a great opportunity to connect with fellow volunteers, give back in a hands-on way, and live out the spirit of service that strengthens our communities. Whether you're a first-time volunteer or a longtime supporter, your time and energy will directly impact families who need it most.

Who We Are

In 2025, Travis Manion Foundation (TMF) acquired The Mission Continues, bringing two best-in-class organizations together to provide more opportunities for veterans to find community, lead, and serve. Guided by the ethos “If Not Me, Then Who…,” veterans continue their service, build connections, and thrive in their post-military lives by serving as character role models to youth. As a result, communities prosper and the character of our nation’s heroes lives on in the next generation. Learn more about TMF at travismanion.org

Who should volunteer?

Our service projects are for all veterans with a desire to continue their service and for all non-veterans that want to be part of a nationwide movement to transform communities. Please note, age and accessibility accommodations can be made at any project. There is room for everyone to make an impact.
