Veterans Day of Service

Veterans Day is rapidly approaching, and we'd love for you to join us for a Day of Service at St. Elmo Elementary School!

We're excited to partner with St. Elmo Elementary School to enhance its gardens and greenspaces! Together with the Neighborhood Longhorn Program and National Charity League, we'll roll up our sleeves to revitalize this important community hub.

What We'll Be Doing:
Revitalize and build infrastructure for the school's garden and greenspaces.
Paint rocks for the expanding kids' rock garden, giving a splash of creativity and color!
Learn about water and soil health to promote environmental awareness among students.
Distribute fresh vegetables and nonperishable items to those in need, supporting our community's food security.


Mobile Pantry Details:
The mobile pantry will be community's from 10 AM to 12 PM, or while supplies last, it will be first come, first served!

Join us as we brighten up the South Austin community and foster a spirit of collaboration and service. This is a fantastic opportunity to give back, learn, and make a positive impact. Let's create a healthier, happier environment for our children and neighbors while we honor the service of men and women of the Armed Forces, and their families, by giving back to the communities they desperately and heroically fought to defend.
