Killeen 1st Platoon Social with the American Veterans Mission

We have seen each other get dirty from our blue shirts and be ladies & gentlemen in our beautiful dresses and tuxedos. Now, it's time to enjoy another social event with each other, our family members, and even our fur babies at our next social event. Yes, dogs are allowed at Dana Peak Park and are welcome to attend with you! Please join your fellow platoon mates, volunteers, and platoon partners at Dana Peak Park for a picnic/BBQ on Saturday, April 27, 2019, from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M., CST. Our very own platoon member, Sylvia Torres, is planning this event for us in a less formal setting than the gala we had in March. You may stay shorter or longer depending on your heart's desire, and our grill master is ready to grill past 3:00 P.M. should it become necessary. Please join us for camaraderie over some music, hotdogs, hamburgers, and steak. We are looking forward to seeing you and your fur babies at this event! #CharlieMike

You can bring your happy-go-lucky and jovial self, a friend, or your fur babies! We recommend bringing a leash for your fur babies.
