Event overview

Martin Luther King Jr. was, is a hero of our time who epitomized selfless service and sacrifice for the common goods, for social progress and social justice. It is in his vision that we welcome you and are excited to host the first major service project in 2019 in conjunction with our national remembrance of Martin Luther King Jr. We are going to kick start 2019 at the Danny Woo Community Garden with important critical tasks including building an outdoor bulletin board, mulching, gardening preps, and neighborhood clean-ups. Hot drinks and warm lunch provided throughout the day!
