Event overview

Charlie Mike! We will be supporting the NCVSD for their 4-day event to help homeless veterans of North County San Diego. We will know more the closer to the event to how we will support the NCVSD *About the NCVSD* "North County Veterans Stand Down is an annual four-day event in Vista, California, that enables ALL veterans throughout San Diego County to receive much-needed services in a safe, friendly, drug-free, and secure environment. We are a grassroots volunteer organization that serves ALL veterans in whatever state of life they are in, whether they are transitioning from the military, temporarily challenged by life, or otherwise on the road to success. Wherever you are in life, we strive to help you make it better. We do what we do because we are veterans and family members of veterans who are grateful for those who have served our country and feel the need to help them succeed in life. If you feel the same way we do and want to do something about it, please contact us at 866-535-2038 or info@ncvsd.org."

Who We Are

In 2025, Travis Manion Foundation (TMF) acquired The Mission Continues, bringing two best-in-class organizations together to provide more opportunities for veterans to find community, lead, and serve. Guided by the ethos “If Not Me, Then Who…,” veterans continue their service, build connections, and thrive in their post-military lives by serving as character role models to youth. As a result, communities prosper and the character of our nation’s heroes lives on in the next generation. Learn more about TMF at travismanion.org

Who should volunteer?

Our service projects are for all veterans with a desire to continue their service and for all non-veterans that want to be part of a nationwide movement to transform communities. Please note, age and accessibility accommodations can be made at any project. There is room for everyone to make an impact.
