Event Overview
2nd Saturday of each month Tarrant Area Food Bank and Arlington Charities hold a mobile Food Pantry at St. Andrews UMC. Volunteers are needed to set up, fill bags of food, socially distance load bags into vehicles {trunk, rear storage, truck bed, etc.} and directing traffic. Volunteers are asked to be there by 8am for safety briefing. Setup begins at 7:30. 9 am is the time scheduled to start but it has started early due to traffic backups. Usually the last client is served between 10:30 and 11. Cleanup done by 11:30. Dress for the weather as this is a rain or shine event.
