Fur-Real Canine Experience Play Day

Event overview

Come out for a day in the sun interacting with the shelter dogs to get some much-needed exercise and play....for everyone involved!! You'll be able to walk them to a designated play area where they can run free for 10 minutes. We will likely also have other tasks, such as making play toys and treats for the dogs and cats. Participants MUST be 16 years or older. Wear clothes that can get dirty and drooled on and close-toed shoes. The Humane Society will provide water and light snacks. Registration is limited to 15 volunteers.

Turn south off Dobbins Road into the west driveway and proceed south down the driveway. As you pass the main building, you will see the dirt parking lot and fenced dog yard on your left. There is also paved parking which will require you to negotiate some gravel between the parking lot and the dog yard.
