9/11 Day of Service at Fisher House

Join us on the Anniversary of 9/11 for a Day of Service at the Fisher House in Seattle

On this solemn anniversary, let's come together to honor the memory of 9/11 through a meaningful day of service at the Seattle Fisher House. We will be continuing important demolition work, completing the mulch pile, and tackling various smaller woodworking projects around the house.

This is a wonderful opportunity to contribute your time and skills to a worthy cause, connect with others in your community, and make a real difference in the lives of military families.

No prior experience is necessary, and all tools and materials will be provided.

Who We Are

In 2025, Travis Manion Foundation (TMF) acquired The Mission Continues, bringing two best-in-class organizations together to provide more opportunities for veterans to find community, lead, and serve. Guided by the ethos “If Not Me, Then Who…,” veterans continue their service, build connections, and thrive in their post-military lives by serving as character role models to youth. As a result, communities prosper and the character of our nation’s heroes lives on in the next generation. Learn more about TMF at travismanion.org

Who should volunteer?

Our service projects are for all veterans with a desire to continue their service and for all non-veterans that want to be part of a nationwide movement to transform communities. Please note, age and accessibility accommodations can be made at any project. There is room for everyone to make an impact.
