ENCORE Alumni Speaker Series Presents: Leadership & Collaboration

Join us for an ENCORE workshop! Working in a team is required everywhere, whether it be home, work or in the community. In our virtual world, teamwork is even more critical. Collaborating in a team is a necessary skill, but one that can be hard to master. Effective collaboration is not about agreement or efficiency, and it does not happen by accident. You will learn the differences between cooperating and collaborating and the six tips to ensure your team is getting a diverse perspective with a trusting and creative environment. This workshop will give you the skills to ensure you are fostering creative collaboration and helping your team grow to its full potential regardless of your level!
