Event overview

Come out to the garden for a day of remembrance through serving the local community. We'll be harvesting food for the local food bank, and taking time out in nature to reflect on ourselves. We are stronger together, and we need YOU to join us for a day of service to support our community. Our objectives: We'll be picking fruit, spreading mulch, and doing some general garden chores. Come out with us for some much needed fresh air and friendship! Bring your mask and can-do attitude. Lunch and drinks will be provided.

Who We Are

In 2025, Travis Manion Foundation (TMF) acquired The Mission Continues, bringing two best-in-class organizations together to provide more opportunities for veterans to find community, lead, and serve. Guided by the ethos “If Not Me, Then Who…,” veterans continue their service, build connections, and thrive in their post-military lives by serving as character role models to youth. As a result, communities prosper and the character of our nation’s heroes lives on in the next generation. Learn more about TMF at travismanion.org

Who should volunteer?

Our service projects are for all veterans with a desire to continue their service and for all non-veterans that want to be part of a nationwide movement to transform communities. Please note, age and accessibility accommodations can be made at any project. There is room for everyone to make an impact.
