Event overview

Join the Philadelphia 1st Platoon and MLK High School in honoring Martin Luther King Jr's legacy of service as we mobilize veterans, students and community members across greater Philadelphia in service to our community. We will be tackling upgrades to the library, visiting locker and athletic room. All ages and abilities are welcome. Donuts, coffee, water, and lunch will be provided; please register to allow us to have enough food.

Who should volunteer?

Our service projects are for all veterans with a desire to continue their service and for all non-veterans that want to be part of a nationwide movement to transform communities. Please note, age and accessibility accommodations can be made at any project. There is room for everyone to make an impact.
