Event overview

The Broward Service Platoon will be joining forces with the Boys & Girls Club on an impactful day of service to honor the legacy of service of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on Saturday January 25th. Volunteers will do some building, painting and landscaping to improve the club space for all the youth that they serve daily. Can we count on you to help us be a part of this special day? Lunch and DJ music will be on site, and this is a family-friendly event! Please make sure to register everyone that plans to attend so we have an accurate head count for lunch and project work. Our service projects are for all veterans with a desire to continue their service and for all non-veterans that want to be part of a nationwide movement to transform communities. Please note, age and accessibility accommodations can be made at any project. There is room for everyone to make an impact.
