Event overview

Laughter is the best medicine! Studies have shown that humor reduces stress, tension and anxiety, improves mood, decreases pain, raises self-esteem, increases hope and energy, and improves creativity and problem-solving. Join us at our next Alumni Check-in for an evening of laughter. Two of our very own alumni will grace the virtual stage. Come prepared with your best joke! Don't forget to check your time zone: 9:00pm - 10:30 EST / 8:00pm - 10:30 pm CST / 6:00pm - 8:30 pm PST Sign up for the open mic, by contacting T'Liza Kiel at tkiel@missioncontinues.org!

Who We Are

In 2025, Travis Manion Foundation (TMF) acquired The Mission Continues, bringing two best-in-class organizations together to provide more opportunities for veterans to find community, lead, and serve. Guided by the ethos “If Not Me, Then Who…,” veterans continue their service, build connections, and thrive in their post-military lives by serving as character role models to youth. As a result, communities prosper and the character of our nation’s heroes lives on in the next generation. Learn more about TMF at travismanion.org

Who should volunteer?

Our service projects are for all veterans with a desire to continue their service and for all non-veterans that want to be part of a nationwide movement to transform communities. Please note, age and accessibility accommodations can be made at any project. There is room for everyone to make an impact.
