Nashville Platoon

Event overview

The Martin Luther King, Jr. National Day of Service is an opportunity for each of us to reflect on the principles of equality and selflessness that Dr. King embodied. Nashville 1st Platoon will be doing some seasonal garden prep at the Bellevue Edible Learning Lab. The garden serves as a teaching and learning lab for volunteers, students of Bellevue Middle Prep, and the community! Join us as we help prepare the garden for the current growing season. Some things we may doing include sow and harvest plants, water and weed existing garden rows, prepare garden beds for planting, work in the green house, tend to the chicken flock, or canning/ preserving.
