I think the most rewarding thing about working at TMC is to directly engage with the veterans we serve to hear their excitement and deep commitment to serving in communities. They are full of ideas and are ready to execute, so being a part of that energy and force for good -whether through service projects or through one of our national leadership programs – is incredibly rewarding.
