Event overview

On Saturday, September 15th, join veterans and community volunteers as we report for duty in tribute to the 17th anniversary of 9/11/01. For this year's National Day of Service, our Massachusetts service platoons will partner with Mill City Grows to support with urban farming efforts at the Big Farm in Lowell. Volunteers are needed to help with preparing the farm for ongoing harvesting, planting orchard trees and pollinator flowers, landscaping, weeding, and more. This is a family-friendly event, and we will have music, snacks, and an afternoon lunch for all participants. Come out and make a difference with us in Lowell!
